Transit Time

Shipping Transit Time Map

Shipments are made by UPS or mail from our warehouse in Frederick, MD. The above diagram show the typcal transit time by UPS. US mail is normally faster. Days are business days from when we ship your order, and do not include weekend or holidays like Thanksgiving. Please add 1 - 2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process, package and ship it.

We ship most orders via United Parcel Service unless otherwise requested. Very light orders less than 2 lbs may be shipped by mail.

We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock, in which case you will be advised of the delay.

Deadline for orders requiring next day or 2nd day delivery is 12 noon. Next day and 2 nd day UPS placed on a Friday after 12 noon will ship the following Monday.

UPS does not deliver on the weekends unless you order special Saturday delivery at extra cost. Please contact us to arrange this.

Alaska, Hawaii and APO Addresses

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will ship by priority mail because UPS only has air delivery which is quite expensive, you will be advised of the cost which is the actual price charged by the postal service. APO addresses will go by Priority Mail and rates used are actual USPS rates. Notification will be made to as to actual costs before shipping.

International Orders

Shipping rates for International orders are ESTIMATED You will be charged the actual shipping cost to send your package outside of the United States. If the actual cost is more than 20% higher than the estimated cost shown on your order, we will contact you by email prior to shipping. You may also have to pay import dueties and taxes, this depends on the country you live in.

All prices are listed in US funds. International orders will be processed at the current conversion rates. Please use bank or postal money order payable in US funds.

If you are mailing in a check please send completed order information on order form including shipping charges. The easiest way to do this is to add the items to your cart, go to the order form, print it out and mail it with a check payable to:

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to offer a replacement, credit or refund.

  • All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of purchase and must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
  • Items must be in "new" condition and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued in accordance with payment; check for payments by check, credit for credit card orders.
  • Birthday, special occasion and holiday flags and banners (graduation, wedding, it's a boy/it's a girl, pleated fans, pulldowns, etc.) are NOT RETURNABLE.
  • Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

For your protection, we recommend you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.
Simply indicate the reason for your return, wrap the package securely and return it to:

Sales Tax

All items shipped to Rhode Island will include 7% sales tax. Certain flags are not taxable in Rhode Island including all U.S. flags, Rhode Island state flags and P.O.W. / M.I.A. flags. If your order contains these non-taxable items we will adjust (lower) your total before we charge your credit card.
